Clément nous raconte sa passion pour la chasse !

Nous en France, on chasse le renard , le lièvre , la perdrix , le faisan, le lapin de garenne , le chevreuil , le sanglier et le cerf .

Je n'ai pas le droit de chasser car je n'ai que 13 ans . Il faut avoir 15 ans pour pouvoir chasser avec un fusil et toujours avec un adulte . C'est la « chasse accompagnée » . A 16 ans, je pourrai passer mon permis et chasser tout seul avec ma meute de chiens !

Mon rêve serait d'avoir une meute de beagles harrier : je pourrais chasser le renard et le sanglier.

En ce moment, je vais à la chasse avec mon père et parfois avec Yolann et son père . Ma chasse préférée est la chasse au lièvre . Le lièvre est très rusé mais le renard est encore plus fûté, je trouve . Le lièvre est très rapide , j'adore quand il est devant les chiens, car il fait des ruses . C'est souvent le lièvre qui gagne. Le lièvre est très difficile à tirer car il se dérobe facilement. C'est un bel animal !

Ce qui me plaît dans la chasse, c'est d'entendre les chiens aboyer après le gibier. J'aime bien l'ambiance de la chasse.

Elle se mit à l'école secondaire et plus tard a continué à se joindre au Kenya Methodist University. Le nouveau couronnée Miss Monde Kenya continuera avec la tâche de l'éradication de jigger au Kenya. Susan va représenter le Kenya au concours Miss Monde au Kenya en Octobre de cette année, à Londres. Susan a été présenté avec une voiture flambant neuve, à pleine charge avec une - année d'assurance complète et de carburant par le Kenya d'Ashley. Over 1.5 million wildebeest, zebras and several species of antelope make an annual circular tour.  Maasai Mara derives its name from the indigenous people of Kenya - The Maasai tribesmen - and the Mara River that cuts through the park. Nyama choma (Message for Margaux)

I need to tell you about Kenyan food.  Kenya has many tourist hotels. The biggest foreign exchange earner in Kenya is tourism. WE HAVE MANY French tourist coming to Kenya every year. That is the main reason I am learning French. I want to work in a French tourist hotel located here in Kenya. Then I want to cook tasty meals for the tourists.
The best meal I can make is Nyama choma. Let me explain.

Nyama choma is  roasted goat meat, it is the ultimate Kenyan experience. For visitors to Kenya, one of the things they are most struck by is the shear volume of nyama choma (roast meat) that Kenyans consume. Men, women, young or old will create any excuse to converge in groups for a session of nyama choma. Be it after work, birthdays, weddings, even funerals; there is hardly any inappropriate time to eat this national delicacy. Goat’s meat is the most popular for roasting as the flesh is fairly tender and the fat melts into the crevices as the meat is roasting, retaining a nice level of moisture in the meat
How it’s done
The process of grilling meat in Kenya is different from the process of barbequing meat typically used in the United States or Europe. Herbs and other seasonings are not used on authentic nyama choma, save for a mixture of salted water, for basting the meat while it roasts on the grill. Diners can choose from different parts of the goat i.e. the ribs, hind legs and front legs, and specify the number of kilograms they’d like to eat. It takes an average of 45 minutes to get ready and brought to your table on a tray and sliced into bite-sized pieces. With a relish of kachumbari (see glossary) and a choice of ugali, potatoes, chapati or mukimu and little piles of salt for dipping the meat into before bites, the meal is complete. Cutlery is never used to eat this meal, instead it is eaten by hand. Hand washing facilities are always available for before and after your meal.

Kachumbari - derived from the Gujarati word, Kachumbar meaning salad.

Ugali - A national dish made from maize meal. Good staple to accompany meat and kachumbari

Mukimu - Mixture of boiled potatoes, peas, traditional greens such as stinging nettle, all cooked and mashed together, boiled maize stired in at the end. 

Chapati - In Kenya this is a larger, thicker version of the traditional Indian Chapati (or flat bread), prepared from flour, water and lots of cooking fat.

Moi aussi je suis très contente de pouvoir parler avec toi, c'est très intéressant de discuter avec des élèves venant d'un autre continent ! :)
Alors je vais te parler de Poitiers, c'est un grande ville à environ 50km de chez nous.

The city center is beautiful, everybody goes there for shopping  (me too!)  because there are a lot of shops ! :D
In Poitiers, there are three churches (église) their names are Notre-Dame-la-Grande, Saint-Jean de Montierneuf, and Saint-Hilaire-le-Grand !

The  Notre-Dame-la-Grande church was built in the XIth  century, it's very old ! Its style is Romanesque :)
In the middle ages, the church front was painted with bright colours. Every summer the church is lit up with bright colours in the evenings, so you can imagine what it was like...

 And we have one cathedral, its name is "Cathédrale Saint-Pierre"

Also, in Poitiers we have an ice-rink (patinoire) and the world champion in 2007, Brian Joubert, lives in Poitiers, and he trains there ! This is really cool ! :D

But the best thing in Poitiers, is the Futuroscope theme park ! :D
This is very famous, in the world!
It's in Chasseneuil, but everybody says it's in Poitiers, because it's next to Poitiers, and Poitiers is more famous.
